  • 1- NetCDF Viewer
  • NetCDF Viewer is the first NetCDF tool that has been developed by AgriMetSoft. NetCDF Viewer can show the variables of your files and present how many dimensions each variable has. NetCDF Viewer shows to the user that how many elements are there in a dimension. With NetCDF Viewer, the user can view global attribute or attributes of each variable. NetCDF Viewer can reveal the data of each variable which has one dimension.

  • 2- NetCDF Extractor
  • "NetCDF Extractor" is a windows software for extract and save data (time series) from NetCDF and NetCDF4 files. This version of NetCDF Extractor can extract data from several NetCDF files, simultaneously. When a user wants to extract data from several NetCDF files, simultaneously, he/she requires to load NetCDF files at a same time with together and then extract data.

  • NetCDF Matlab can read and convert any NetCDF files to Mat-file. NetCDF Matlab is a simple windows tool and the user should open a NetCDF file then the variables would be shown on the list. The user can select one or all variables of NetCDF file from the list, then save them to Mat-file. We added a new variable in the list and the global attributes has been saved on it so the user can select it from the list of NetCDF variables for converting to Mat-file.
